About Leader Bay coaching
Coaching is a powerful partnership grounded in deep listening, curiosity, and your inner wisdom. While insights can spark a breakthrough during a session, lasting transformation unfolds in the space between sessions, when you turn insights into action and follow through your commitments. Among the many coaching approaches available, the method I use is called Ontological Coaching - practice centered on shifting your way of being, not just what you do.
I am Anđela Petrović Byles, a wife, daughter, sister, and passionate nature enthusiast. I bring over a decade of global corporate experience, along with a deep commitment to personal growth, continuous learning, and organizational excellence.
Coaching has been instrumental in my own journey, supporting both career alignment and meaningful personal transformation. Today, I serve as Director of Organizational Development at a Fortune 100 company, where my work focuses on HR strategy and coaching.
I apply my coaching experience both within the organization I work for and with private clients through Leader Bay. Inspired by what coaching has unlocked in others, I am motivated to help uncover what is possible for you and to guide you toward growth that feels aligned and intentional.
